First Stage: Consultation

Our process is more than just about garments that fit well on the body, it also has to fit your life, habits and taste.

We spend time to understand your needs and offer our guidance on each individual commission to find the best design and choice for your situation.

Each consultation takes approximately 1 hour.

Second Stage: Fitting

After 4 to 6 weeks, we will contact you for a baste fitting. With the half-complete fitting garment, you will get a better sense of how the completed product will turn out, while we consider and advise on technical and stylistic choices.

While we aim to have a well-fitted first fitting every time, we recognise that it may not be possible every time. Should that be the case, we will offer second or third fittings if deemed necessary.

Third Stage: Delivery

Once we're satisfied with the fitting stage, we will send the garments to be finished, which will take 5 to 7 weeks.

Within 2 weeks of receiving the completed garments, an individualise styling report will be sent to first-time customers. Besides making beautiful garments, our mission is to also be a companion to building a comprehensive wardrobe that suits you, and only you.
